The decoration of the motel is charming, with a cozy and homely feel. The common areas are well-maintained and accessible for senior people. It was easy for me to navigate the motel, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Parking on the road was a joke

We verbleven in een rustige buurt, net buiten het centrum, waar parkeren gratis was. De locatie was handig, dicht bij het treinstation en het stadscentrum. De kamer zelf was schoon en netjes, met alle benodigde voorzieningen voor een nacht verblijf. We vonden het fijn dat er een eettafel was en de mogelijkheid om zelf een maaltijd te bereiden.

Helaas hadden we last van veel lichtinval van buiten, omdat er geen overgordijnen waren. Dit maakte het moeilijk om 's nachts goed te slapen.

Good friendly service.

The Wi-Fi definitely was not free as advertised. You had to register and then pay a minimum of $10 for 100mb of data usage. We stayed at the Duke of Marlborough in Russell, they also advertised free Wi-Fi and was given 2x 6hour vouchers with unlimited data usage for 100% free.

The Outrigger Motel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was commendable, with well-stocked rooms and a variety of basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location on a quieter street ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. Finally, the service from the staff was exceptional, with their friendly and welcoming attitude making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the veranda in front of our unit, a lovely touch that added to the overall experience.

Clean and new facilities, great location, accommodating staff, and good TV coverage. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It was in a great location, close to everything we needed, with obliging hosts who offered us good advice. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, allowing us to keep our possessions with them. We also enjoyed the good coverage of Sky TV, enabling us to watch the rugby.

The hotel was conveniently located near all the local attractions and activities. We were able to easily walk around and enjoy the area. The room was also kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff, which was greatly appreciated. the owners and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was quite outdated and not worth the cost. The bed was uncomfortable and the water pipes in the room above broke during our stay, causing water to drip onto the kitchen bench.
